For me, 2025 is a year of "turning every customer connection into an opportunity for value landing" - during this year, I have always focused on the core direction of "customer value landing+team efficiency improvement" to promote work. Throughout the year, I led the completion of 60+batches of high-value customer reception in Europe, America, the Middle East, Africa and other regions at home and abroad: from detailed guidance during factory visits, to jumping out of parameters in packaging machinery demonstrations, dismantling equipment adaptability based on customer production scale, and preparing etiquette adaptation plans in advance before cross-cultural communication. Every link is anchored to solve customers' cooperation concerns. It is precisely this precision that allows customers to intuitively perceive the production capacity improvement that the equipment can bring, directly driving more than 10 intention orders into the business negotiation stage. All docking customers have given "professional and thoughtful" evaluations, accumulating solid trust assets for the brand's overseas reputation.

In team collaboration, I am more like a "connecting link": cooperating with the technical team to complete on-site equipment operation teaching for customers, transforming professional skills into methods that customers can directly learn, and shortening the machine inspection cycle by 15%; The "Customer Requirement Synchronization Ledger" led by the organization consolidates and synchronizes scattered information, enabling precise alignment of actions among production, business, and technical departments, and improving overall docking efficiency by 20%.
